The other day, my day job dictated that I go to Ann Arbor Municipal Airport for refresher training.
My bike was in the shop on a recall, so I borrowed (stole?) my wife’s bike and took the highways to get up there on time.
After a quick tour of the tower, we made our way through the training.
After completion of the course, I decided to take backroads home.
I did find that Michigan backroads tend to turn into gravel and dirt with very little warning. Also, a “highway” isn’t necessary paved.
On the way into Tecumseh, I stopped at Meyers-Divers Airport for a photo op.
I walked around the downtown area to check out a few metal sculptures like this velociraptor.
