Before we left, one of my coworkers told me about Thurston’s Lobster Pound.
You pick your type of lobster (small, medium, or large, and hard shelled or soft shelled). They weigh it, toss it in a bag, and steam it in a big cooker.
The lobsters are served in a paper boat with butter, a nutcracker, and a tiny fork.
From there, it’s up to you to start digging out the lobster meat!
